This is a fully remote, independent role with no meetings or live supervision. The work is repetitive and detail-focused, and success depends on your ability to stay consistent and accurate over time. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Review video footage of retail transactions - Identify and flag potential theft using defined guidelines - Accurately document findings in our system - Maintain consistent quality and productivity WHAT THIS ROLE IS LIKE - Independent, self-managed work - No meetings or calls - Repetitive and detail-intensive - Performance-based (not hourly) REQUIREMENTS - Strong attention to detail - Ability to stay focused for extended periods - Comfortable working independently without supervision - Reliable internet connection and computer NICE TO HAVE - QA / content moderation / data review experience COMPENSATION & EXPECTATIONS - Performance-based pay (earnings tied to accuracy and output) - Expected commitment: 30+ hours per week - This is not an hourly role HIRING PROCESS - Application review - Short interview - Automated training - Start upon successful completion WHY JOIN - Fully remote, self-paced work - Clear expectations and structured workflows - Opportunity to be part of a focused initial cohort
