1. What We Collect

When you use CorgiJobs, we collect:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account when you sign in.
  • Practice data: Interview transcripts, drill responses, scores, and coaching feedback generated during your practice sessions.
  • Resume data: If you choose to upload a resume, the extracted text and parsed structure. You can delete this at any time.
  • Progress data: XP, streaks, achievement unlocks, skill scores, and daily challenge completions.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session durations to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide personalized AI mock interviews and coaching feedback.
  • To track your progress, maintain streaks, and award achievements.
  • To improve our AI models and coaching quality (anonymized and aggregated).
  • To send you streak reminders and product updates (you can opt out).

3. AI Processing

Your interview responses are processed by AI models (Claude by Anthropic) to generate scores and coaching feedback. Transcripts are sent to the AI API during scoring and are not retained by the AI provider beyond the request lifecycle.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • AI providers: Interview transcripts sent to Claude API for scoring (not retained).
  • Infrastructure providers: Google Cloud Platform for hosting and storage.
  • You choose: If you share a scorecard via a public link, the scorecard content becomes visible to anyone with that link.

5. Data Retention

Your practice data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Google OAuth, and encrypted data storage on Google Cloud Platform.
