You will have real ownership over your function, direct access to the CEO, and equity in a company at the beginning of a major growth curve. ROLE OVERVIEW You are the operational core of Veloq. This role covers executive support, business operations, and the internal systems that keep a fast-scaling startup from falling apart at the seams. You will work directly with the CEO, own internal processes end-to-end, and be the person who notices what needs to be fixed before anyone else does. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / THE POSITION TO PERFORM 1. Executive Support - Own travel coordination and meeting logistics for Veloq leadership - Prepare meeting briefs, pre-reads, and follow-up action tracking - Coordinate with external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO as needed 2. Business Operations - Manage contracts, invoicing, and vendor relationships end-to-end - Own administration and coordination with internal stakeholders in finance, HR, and legal to ensure compliance within the Group - Own the company's administrative infrastructure 3. Events, Trade Fair, & Travel Logistics - Coordinate Veloq's presence at major industry events - Manage logistics: booth, flights, hotels, materials - Build and own the event calendar 4. Internal Systems & Tools - Build and maintain the internal tools that keep the team aligned and efficient - Own the project management and communication stack - Create and maintain SOPs for key business processes as the company scales 5. People Operations - Coordinate new hire onboarding from offer acceptance to day one - Support culture and team-building initiatives as the team grows WHAT WE LOOK FOR / WHAT WE REQUIRE - 3+ years in an operations, EA, or people operations role in a startup or high-growth environment - Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail and able to prioritise ruthlessly - Natural problem-solver: you fix things before being asked - Comfortable managing up and across in a senior stakeholder environment - Proficient in project management tools and eager to leverage AI to improve team productivity - Fluent English; based in Prague What we prefer - Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced startup (10–100 people) - Event management or trade fair coordination experience
