About Cursor
Description
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. You’ll be responsible for building executive relationships, developing account strategy, driving large enterprise opportunities, and helping shape a repeatable motion for the vertical. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, solutions, and leadership to navigate regulated environments, complex procurement cycles, and stringent security and deployment requirements. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands the aerospace and defense ecosystem, can operate deeply with customers, and knows how to turn early traction into durable enterprise growth. We’re an in-person company with offices in San Francisco and New York, and we value tight collaboration across teams.
