We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Administrator, to be based at our Cape Town branch office
You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to
- Assisting Consultants
- Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request (When needed)
- Closing of consultant billings on CMS.
- Draft recommendations for consultants
- Assistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic Labour Law documents.
- Administration
- Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS
- Updating of CMS information (e.g., client information)
- Filing and drawing clients’ files
- Reports
- Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external. E.g., reports for national clients, etc.)
- Adhoc
- Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately - Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via email
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R13 500 CTC per month

You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 12 month’s experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role - Previous experience in the services/legal industry would be advantageous
- Diploma / BCom / BA Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Organisational Development or Business (advantageous)
