About the Role

The Family Experience Manager will own and build Flow’s Families & Parenting experience across our Riyadh communities. This is a high-impact role focused on creating the best environment in Riyadh for families to live, connect, and thrive — across all stages of family life, from young children to teenagers. This role combines experience design, product development, community building, and business operations . You will be responsible for shaping both the physical environment and the programming ecosystem that supports family life at Flow.

You will create an experience where

Parents feel supported, connected, and empowered. Children have access to enriching, engaging, and high-quality activities. Families build meaningful relationships within the community. Flow becomes the obvious choice for family living in Riyadh.

What You Will Own

  • Family Product & Spaces (Critical Priority)

Redesign and elevate existing family and kids spaces (e.g. playrooms, shared areas) to be best-in-class. Define what “great” looks like for family environments across Flow properties. Partner with design, operations, and development teams to influence future buildings and upgrades. Ensure all spaces are safe, engaging, well-maintained, and age-appropriate across different groups (0–5, 6–12, 13–18). Continuously improve the physical experience based on parent and child feedback.

  • Programming for Kids & Families (0–18)

Design and operate a high-quality, weekly schedule of activities across all age groups.

Create a balanced mix of

Educational (learning, language, development). Creative (arts, music, play). Physical (sports, movement). Social (community events, group activities). Source, recruit, and manage instructors, educators, and partners. Personally oversee and participate in programming where needed to ensure quality and engagement. Ensure programming is inclusive, culturally relevant, and aligned with Flow’s brand.

  • Parent Community & Ambassador Partnership

Build and activate a strong parent community within Flow. Work closely with the Parents & Families Ambassador to cultivate and grow the family community. Support and enable ambassador-led initiatives, events, and engagement within the Families & Parenting pillar. Create consistent opportunities for parents to connect, share, and support each other. Partner with the Community Engagement Lead to integrate families into the broader Flow community. Identify and solve key “pain points” of family life in Riyadh through community-driven solutions.

  • Family Services & Revenue

Develop and scale family-related services as a meaningful revenue stream, including

Childcare and babysitting. Camps and holiday programs. Tutoring and educational services. Workshops and enrichment programs. Build partnerships with high-quality external providers and brands. Balance accessibility with commercial viability. Drive increased revenue per family while maintaining a premium experience.

  • Marketing & Brand Positioning

Concept and execute standout family-focused experiences that build Flow’s reputation in the market. Position Flow as the leading residential community for families in Riyadh. Collaborate with marketing to tell compelling stories around family life at Flow. Leverage ambassadors, parents, and community leaders to build authentic brand credibility. Activate public-facing family events, open days, and experiences to attract prospective residents. Ensure the real, lived experience of families consistently matches and exceeds the brand promise.

  • Performance & Insights

Track participation, engagement, and satisfaction across all family initiatives. Gather feedback from parents and continuously improve offerings. Measure impact on retention, revenue per family, and leasing demand. Report on key metrics and performance regularly.

What Success Looks Like High and growing participation across kids and family programming. Strong parent satisfaction and sense of belonging. A highly engaged Families & Parenting community led in part by strong ambassador activation. Families choosing Flow specifically for the experience offered.

Measurable contribution to

Renewal rates for family units. Revenue per family. Leasing demand from family segments. A vibrant, supportive, and self-sustaining family community. Clearly improved quality and utilization of family spaces.

Qualifications

4–7 years experience in education, childcare, family services, community building, hospitality, or a related field. Strong understanding of family needs, child development, and community dynamics. Experience building or scaling programs, services, or community-led initiatives. Experience working with community leaders or ambassador-type models is a strong plus. Comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents and families. Highly organized with strong execution across multiple locations. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
