The role
Digible, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager, Integrated Service Strategy to join our team!
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can operate independently, bring structure to complex cross-functional work, and help turn strategic direction into coordinated execution across teams.
Working directly with the Director, Strategy & Partnerships, this person will help move integrated service initiatives from idea to execution by aligning stakeholders, building plans, supporting tests and pilots, identifying gaps, and driving follow-through across departments. Success in this role means helping Digible create more clarity, consistency, and accountability across service development, channel integration, testing, and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do
- Partner with the Director of Strategy to support cross-functional initiatives tied to integrated services, testing, and process improvement
- Turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, clear next steps, and coordinated execution
- Align stakeholders, manage timelines, document decisions, and keep work moving across teams
- Support integrated service strategy by translating trends, performance insights, and business needs into recommendations and execution plans
- Help evaluate, onboard, and manage new service opportunities, vendors, platforms, and channel expansion ideas
- Build and support structured tests, pilots, and rollout plans with clear goals, success metrics, and recommendations
- Analyze performance trends and test results with relevant teams, then translate findings into actionable next steps
- Create clear documents, updates, frameworks, and guidance that improve alignment and execution
- Identify recurring gaps or friction points and help build processes, documentation, and training that improve how work gets done
- Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives at once with strong organization and follow-through

What you should have
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, growth marketing, agency strategy, program management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, or strategic initiatives
- Strong ability to take loosely defined priorities and turn them into organized plans and execution
- Experience in creating and managing your own workflows and systems
- Experience working across multiple marketing functions, with a solid understanding of how channels connect
- Ability to contribute strategically while also owning execution, coordination, and follow-through
- Experience supporting or running structured tests, pilots, or rollout plans
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Comfort working in a scaling environment where the process is still being built
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and know when to escalate, align, or push work forward
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay, perks, and such
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000
- 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
- WFA (Work From Anywhere)
