What you’ll be doing
Create and champion the data and intelligence vision for GTM Serve as the primary analytics and intelligence partner for GTM leadership Translate complex business questions into simple, scalable analytical frameworks Lead, coach, and develop a small team of analysts Build and maintain key data products (account scoring, revenue attribution, customer health, competitive battlecards, etc.) Partner with the GTM Ops team to ensure CRM and other applications provide the data and intelligence needed Own data quality and governance standards for GTM data, in coordination with the Data Value Services Team Collaborate with the Data Value Services team on ETL processes and data infrastructure Make strategic recommendations to the business — not just answer questions, but shape them
What you’ll bring
Strong analytical background paired with exceptional written and verbal communication. You explain the “so what,” not the query Experience building a BI or analytics function, not just operating within one A consultative mindset: you proactively identify where data can drive value and bring recommendations to the table Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or SQL) and one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Experience managing ETL processes and building a reporting environment from the ground up 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience. You’ve built, coached, and developed analysts. Able to work hybrid in our Envigado office in Medellin (3 days in office) Strong opinions about how data and intelligence should operate in a GTM context Willingness to both lead and contribute individually; this is a player-coach role Nice to have Experience with competitive intelligence or market research functions Background advising on pricing, packaging, or ICP strategy
