Job Description

• Responsible for Project Planning & Project cost control
• Preparation of ACE (Accepted Cost Estimate) / JCR (Job Cost Report) and responsible for maintaining the bottom line of project
• Developed the Project Budget & Cost framework & continuous monitoring of same
• Responsible for Project monitoring & Variance analysis
• Review of Project Schedule and monitoring of same.

• Responsible for Cost control initiatives, identification of cost saving areas.
• Planning & arranging resources as per the project schedule, productivity monitoring & optimization
• Review and approval and finalization of Sub contractors/Vendors within ACE limits
• Responsible for preparation of progress related presentations to management.
• Preparation and submission of monthly MIS reports like FDS, Monthly project reviews, cash flow, Working capital
• Preparation of weekly, monthly progress report for all stake holders of project.
• Responsible for raising variation claims, extended stay claims, etc. to client
• Responsible for stake holder management
• Contracts management with FIDIC knowledge
• Preparation and Review of Profit and Loss Statement on monthly basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil or any other discipline, M- Tech with PG in project management with min. 8 of experience. Should have experience in Project Planning, Project cost control, Project Budget, Cost framework, continuous Handled monitoring, Project monitoring & Variance analysis, Project Schedule and monitoring.
