Description
To provide accurate payroll inputs, manage employee remuneration data, support compliance reporting, administer leave management and contribute to remuneration processes, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
Payroll & Leave Administration •Conduct leave balance checks and process leave applications.
•Handle leave queries from staff in line with company policy.
•Support the payroll team with monthly payroll input preparation.
Employee Lifecycle Management •Facilitate staff onboarding, including document checks and system onboarding.
•Process staff movements, including promotions, transfers and department changes.
•Conduct resignation reviews, ensuring exit compliance.
Remuneration & Reporting •Prepare and submit benchmarking data to third‑party remuneration providers.
•Assist with remuneration surveys, data extraction and comparison to market ranges.
•Support compliance reporting, including BBBEE, COIDA, DOL and employment equity.
Data Analysis & Systems •Analyse data for trends, variances and reporting accuracy.
•Maintain accurate digital and system-based payroll information.
•Accounting graduate s OR Engineering graduate with relevant analytical work experience •3 to 5 years work experience •Proficient in Excel •Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
