Automation & Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Automation & Systems Engineer to join our N2P Messaging Team within our flagship product – Net2Phone. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining a robust, scalable networking environment and ensuring our Jenkins pipelines run like clockwork.

Responsibilities

Cloud Networking & Routing: Manage and resolve networking tickets across multiple teams, handling VPC configurations, subnetting, and complex cross-account communication. Infrastructure as Code: Maintain and evolve our AWS environment using Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable deployments. CI/CD Administration: Manage and scale our Jenkins ecosystem, including the administration and optimization of Jenkins agents running within AWS. Systems Maintenance: Oversee security patching, system updates, and general administration of our cloud-based tools. Automation: Proactively automate manual tasks to improve system reliability and reduce response times for internal requests.

What we’re looking for

AWS Expertise

Good understanding of AWS networking components (VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Security Groups, and Peering).

Terraform Experience

Experience writing, testing, and deploying infrastructure modules in a production environment.

Jenkins Mastery

Hands-on experience administering Jenkins, managing nodes/agents, and troubleshooting pipeline performance in AWS.

Security-First Mindset

Experience with automated patching workflows and securing cloud infrastructure.

Problem Solver

Ability to handle high-level routing and connectivity issues across a distributed, multi-account architecture.

Level

Middle to Senior (3+ years of relevant DevOps or Systems Engineering experience). English level B1

Plus to have

AWS Certification IaaC experience - AWS CDK/Terraform
