The Tech PMO sits at the intersection of Engineering, Finance, and Tech Strategy. Our mission is to bring structure, visibility, and scalable operating systems to how Grab Tech plans and executes its technology investments - enabling leadership to make clearer, data-driven decisions as we scale.
Get to Know the Role
We're hiring a Senior Program Manager who operates and automates how Grab Tech plans, governs, and gains visibility into its technology investments.
You'll own real operational outcomes - tech budgeting, vendor governance, portfolio visibility - and you'll build the systems and automations that make those outcomes scalable. This is not a pure PM role and not a pure engineering role. You will run the process and rebuild it as you run it.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Own Tech budgeting and forecasting cycles end-to-end (OPEX, CAPEX, headcount, vendors, infra) - and progressively automate them

Build internal tools, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows that replace manual spreadsheet and reporting work

Drive vendor contract negotiations alongside Procurement and business stakeholders to land favorable commercial outcomes

Improve forecast accuracy and variance transparency through better systems, not more meetings

Build portfolio-level visibility into Tech investment allocation; support scenario modeling and trade-off analysis

Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Tech Strategy to align governance with strategic priorities
What Essential Skills You Will Need

5–8+ years in BizOps, Strategy, Tech Operations, FP&A, or Consulting, with hands-on operational ownership (not advisory-only)

Demonstrable AI builder skills: scripting, prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, automation tooling (no-code/low-code or code)

Familiarity with procurement processes (RFP, contract negotiation, vendor management) and internal budgeting cycles

Financial fluency (budgeting, forecasting, modeling)

Systems thinker who rebuilds the process as they run it - not someone who chooses between operating and building

Comfortable with senior technical and finance stakeholders
