Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Azure Developer and/or Dynamics 365 Consultant to design and deliver AI-enabled customer engagement platforms for Financial Services organizations. This role blends technical depth with functional understanding and requires strong communication skills, architecture awareness, and real-world experience implementing Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) and Omnichannel solutions in regulated environments.

What You'll Do

Azure Development

Design and implement Azure-native solutions

Azure Functions, App Services, API Management Logic Apps and integration services Secure, compliant cloud architectures Embed AI capabilities into customer and agent workflows while ensuring governance, security, and auditability. Translate business objectives into scalable, AI-ready technical solutions. Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Omnichannel

Design and configure Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE / Dynamics CRM solutions, including

Case & knowledge management SLAs and service automation Omnichannel for Customer Service Modern agent experience capabilities Implement security models, data models, integrations, and ALM best practices. Modernize legacy CRM platforms into cloud-native, extensible architectures. Architecture & Integration

Design scalable Azure and Dynamics 365 integration architectures that support secure, enterprise-grade customer platforms

Implement event-driven integrations using Azure messaging services with Dynamics 365 Design API-first architectures leveraging Azure API Management Integrate Dynamics 365 with core financial systems securely and at scale Align solutions with security, compliance, and data governance requirements in Financial Services Support CI/CD and ALM best practices across Azure and D365 environments Delivery & Advisory Lead or contribute to Azure and Dynamics 365 transformation programs within Financial Services Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align customer experience and platform objectives Guide implementation teams while ensuring architectural integrity, compliance, and delivery quality Contribute to reusable Azure/D365 methodologies and AI-enabled accelerators within Electric Mind’s Microsoft practice

What You'll Bring

5-15 years of experience in Azure development, Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM), or enterprise CRM implementation Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Omnichannel / agent experience solutions, Power Platform, and Azure integration services Proven delivery experience within Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets, wealth, or fintech) Strong understanding of Dynamics security models, data architecture, API and integration design Experience with CI/CD, ALM, and cloud governance in regulated environments Ability to operate across technical implementation and functional solution design Strong consulting presence and stakeholder communication skills
