Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive revenue growth at Euclid across both new customers and existing relationships. This role sits at the center of our most important commercial efforts — working with developers, investors, lenders, and buyers as they navigate complex, time-sensitive decisions across the lifecycle of energy projects. You will be responsible for identifying and advancing opportunities, bringing engagements to close, and expanding Euclid’s presence within each customer. This includes both developing new customer relationships and growing existing ones. This is a high-ownership role operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where outcomes matter. You will help define how we grow — through judgment, execution, and trust. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Drive new customer acquisition and revenue and expand revenue within existing accounts - Identify and advance opportunities across customer workflows, including development, diligence, financing, and transactions - Own the full commercial lifecycle from initial engagement through close - Develop and execute account strategies that drive long-term, multi-project relationships - Build credibility with senior stakeholders across developers, investors, lenders, and strategic buyers - Bring strong commercial judgment to position Euclid effectively in high-stakes situations - Partner closely with internal teams to deliver outcomes and unlock expansion opportunities - Manage a pipeline of complex opportunities with discipline and ownership - Contribute to how we refine and scale our go-to-market approach WHO YOU ARE - 6–10+ years of experience in a commercial, transaction, or deal-driven role (e.g., investment banking, project finance, consulting, or enterprise sales) - Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors - Proven ability to win new business and expand existing accounts in complex environments - Strong commercial judgment with the ability to understand deal dynamics, risk, and value creation - Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including investors, developers, lenders, and advisors - Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving products and processes - Strong communicator who can build trust with sophisticated stakeholders - Highly organized and disciplined in managing opportunities and driving outcomes Why You’ll Love Working With Us - ⌨️Remote work, forever! - 🪄Competitive benchmarked compensation - 🩺Health and retirement benefits - 🌴Flexible time off - 🚀 Exciting, mission-driven work that has impact - 💪🏽Regular company off-sites How You’ll Be Compensated The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $280,000 – $350,000, including a base salary of $165,000 – $185,000 and uncapped commission with accelerators. Your actual offer may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and internal benchmarks.
