Role Overview
Marketwake is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Executive Support Assistant to keep our workspace running smoothly and support day-to-day operational needs.
This role is essential to maintaining a polished, welcoming, and high-functioning office environment, while also stepping in to assist with executive logistics and occasional personal errands. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes driver of a seamless office experience—ensuring our team, clients, and guests feel supported from the moment they walk in.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and takes pride in creating structure, efficiency, and elevated experiences.
What You’ll Do
Office Operations & Upkeep
- Maintain a welcoming, polished environment that reflects Marketwake’s brand and culture
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of key office areas, including:
- Kitchen, conference rooms, and Mother’s room
- Care for office plants
- Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Coordinate and pick up print orders as needed
Office Experience & Hospitality
- Manage backstock of office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Prepare the office for in-person client visits
- Upload and manage all visitors within Campus 244’s security system
- Anticipate team needs and proactively improve the office experience
Executive & Team Support
- Greet and coordinate office visitors and guests
- Support logistics for meetings, team gatherings, and client interactions
- Provide light administrative and logistical support to the team as needed
Event & Office Reset Support
- Assist with office setup and breakdown for events
- Reset and reorganize spaces following internal gatherings
- Ensure the office returns to a clean, organized, and functional state
Personal Errands & Daily Support
- Dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off
- Manage returns
- Grocery runs, food prep assistance, and meal system management
- Car maintenance coordination (gas, car washes, maintenance)
Home & Lifestyle Management
- Develop and maintain organizational systems throughout the home with clear documentation for ongoing use
- Manage and track household subscriptions
- Ensure household essentials are stocked and appliances are in working order
- Water plants and oversee routine home upkeep tasks
Travel & Scheduling
- Full travel management - flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries
- Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
