A Day in the Life
In the position of Customer Operations Representative, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing in SAP. Serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
The Impact You'll Make
- Order Lifecycle Management in SAP - Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders in SAP. Ensure pricing, quantities,
and delivery dates are accurate.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues.
Communicate proactively on delays or changes.
- Customer Communication and Issue Resolution - Provide timely updates to customers on order status. Investigate
and resolve discrepancies or complaints.
- Reporting - Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Support - Participate in projects to improve order management processes.
Who you are
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Communications, Supply Chain, or related field of study
- Between 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Between 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience preferred.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$17—$24 USD
