About the Role
The Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day social media function across all workstreams and platforms, including publishing, user-generated content (UGC) moderation, community management and creating/curating content.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Social Media Manager.
- Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
Tools
- Canva, Adobe Premiere Photoshop, Capcut in app, TikTok and IG and Later Content (for scheduling)
Responsibilities
Management & Creation
- Creation/Editing: Create branded and trending content by either repurposing assets provided by the marketing or EU based team or creating from scratch
- Edit short‑form video (30–90s) into platform-optimized Reels and TikToks with captions, subtitles, and sound design. 1 - 3 per week.
- Produce 3–5 polished carousels per week from provided assets and briefs.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips and vertical edits.
- Posting/Scheduling: Optimize edits for platform performance (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs).
- Deliver final assets to social scheduler ""Later"" and provide short captions + hashtag sets.
- Responsible for publishing content on all Brand-owned organic social media platforms ensuring all posts are on time and accurate
Planning
- Support in the briefing and planning of shoots to ensure maximum ROI in usage and repurposing on all platforms for the social media department
- Responsible for escalating reactive and timely posts or social communication needs to management with execution strategies Identifying trending content and sounds and replicate with branded content with immediacy
- Apply brand guidelines to ensure cohesive look/voice across content.
- Manage an editorial queue and meet weekly deadlines; track content performance and recommend iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and creators for asset intake and feedback loops.
Administration
- Responsible for the management and cataloging of assets on the shared drive: brand folder
Social Media
- Supporting the Head of Social Media in developing the content and social media strategy and calendar to be on brand and on trend
- Responsible for maintaining the department calendars and social media management apps/platforms
- Support in the execution of social media reports, email marketing metrics and KPIs UGC/Customer Service/Community
Engagement
- Community engagement: monitor and engage with comments and DMs, respond in brand voice, escalate product/retailer inquiries, run engagement initiatives (polls, UGC requests, creator replies), and track sentiment.
- Engage in customer feedback and escalate any customer complaints or customer service related comments Manage broadcast channel with engaging community building communications
- Responsible for moderating UGC imagery, including rights request, content moderation, product tagging and publishing
- Maintain UGC moderation guidelines to uphold visual brand standards Engage the brand in relevant and timely conversations occurring in the social media sphere
- Maintain list of talent, media and other like minded accounts for proactive engagement Review and approve branded content partners/collabs
- Conduct competitive research and create reports to share with wider team
Partnerships
- Giveaway/Collabs: Create collab-specific content and captions to maximize brand support with focus on US market
Coordinate all prize pool logistics, awarding the winner, coordinating shipping of giveaway, closing out giveaway
Retailer relationships
- Create retailer-specific content to maximize brand support with focus on US market (Ulta/Credo etc)
- Coordinate all LIVEs, takeovers and BTS
- Create and coordinate all new retailer and new product announcements Influencers
- Execute influencer and UGC strategy
- Help in the scouting and developing influencer relationships
- Affiliates Support in the management global affiliate program, including the mechanics, process and the day-to-day relationship management via DMs and inbound enquiries and forwarding enquiries to customer service
Technical Requirements

Salary
PHP 42,000 TO 46,000/month +HMO
