Lead and manage operational support for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. Drive with planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. Oversee active deployments, go-live, and post-deployment operations. Core Competencies: Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables. Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure seamless management of deployment activities. Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carryout activities within the role’s purview. Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress. Manages schedules of events and activities through the IMS. Provides configuration support for new builds and functional support for workflow optimization in post-deployment operations.

Required Experience: US Citizenship Past communications experience

Preferred Experience: Healthcare IT or EHR deployment Experience. Demonstrated expertise in workstream domain. Past experience with client and/or veteran/military culture. Familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint.
