Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Capabilities Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and scale AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). Optimize cloud spending and ensure high availability across environments. Data Orchestration: Maintain and optimize Apache NiFi clusters. Design and troubleshoot data routing, transformation, and system-to-system delivery logic. Security & Compliance: Perform regular security testing, including vulnerability scans. Assist in remediating findings to maintain a hardened security posture. Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and integrate security tools into the CI/CD pipeline. Monitoring & Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for system outages. Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/AL2023) AWS Expertise: Proven experience managing AWS environments Data Flow Knowledge: Direct experience configuring and monitoring Apache NiFi or similar ETL/orchestration tools.

Desired Technical Skills Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with accreditation, ATO, SSP Maintenance. CI/CD (Git) and Jira/Confluence for ticket tracking/documentation. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer Associate, or RHCSA certifications
