Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Position Summary This position is responsible for providing support services, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff that assist the client or family/caregiver in the achievement of physical and emotional comfort according to State and Federal Regulations. This is an entry-level patient care support position, working under limited supervision. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of supporting delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties.
Requirements
High School graduate or GED Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA) Current BLS certification Technical training in related field required Home health or hospice experience preferred One (1) year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state Why MultiCare? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $23.61 - $39.01 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
