Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational tasks and department projects. Support team members with documentation, data entry, research, and report generation. Learn and utilize relevant tools, systems, and processes used by the department. Participate in meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items. Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to meet project and business goals. Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in assigned work. Take initiative to learn department processes and contribute ideas for improvement. Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and work independently or in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and systems. Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work part-time or full-time based on departmental needs and academic schedule.
