The Role
Account Partners at Veeva will generate, manage, and expand opportunities across business, IT, and C-level executives in the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for Safety business growing sales within assigned accounts by utilizing internal resources while maintaining a strong focus on customers.
What You’ll Do Focusing on Safety business development in China market Understand a value-based selling approach to present Veeva and to motivate prospect’s interest Create and maintain trusted C-level relationships across assigned accounts Take ownership of generating qualified opportunities and closing them by managing complex sales cycles while leveraging internal and external resources
Requirements
5+ years’ sales experience in Software or Service company in Clinical R&D area, ideally familiar with Pharmacovigilance segment 5+ years of key account management experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships from cold calls to executive levels Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally experienced a new market business exploring Be willing to travel as required
