In This Role In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting technical and project-related activities from project initiation through delivery. You will help define requirements, track progress, and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver programs and projects on schedule. This position blends operational execution, technical coordination, and project management, with a strong emphasis on reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Interface directly with clients and stakeholders on technical and project matters throughout the full project lifecycle Create, maintain, and manage detailed program and project schedules, milestones, and status reports Develop functional specifications, requirements documentation, and scope definitions to guide implementation decisions Provide technical and analytical insights to support stakeholder reviews, approvals, and decision-making Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and successful project delivery Track work items and outreach activity to support ongoing reporting and program visibility Support reporting workflows using shared document and list-based collaboration tools Contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to project execution, reporting, and automation
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, including building and troubleshooting automation workflows
Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for ad hoc data preparation and reporting, including
Advanced lookup functions Filtering and manipulation of structured tables Pivot table creation for reporting and outreach analysis Minimum 2 years of experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work item tracking and status reporting Working knowledge of Power Query for data transformation, cleanup, and preparation Experience supporting reporting workflows in SharePoint-based list or document environments General experience in operations and project management, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing project coordination or delivery role Familiarity with intake, outreach, or tracking workflows that rely on automation and reporting Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process documentation Experience improving or standardizing processes through automation or data-driven insights Exposure to cross-functional program delivery in a fast-paced or matrixed environment Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $37 to $40.87 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
