Role Summary and Impact Senior AdOps Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic execution across digital campaigns. This role demands a highly autonomous professional who can take full ownership of team management, complex projects, and key client relationships without requiring micromanagement. You will set the direction for the team, proactively identify areas for improvement, and independently find new tasks and optimization opportunities on top of assigned projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise in programmatic buying and ad operations.

Key Responsibilities

Autonomous Leadership & Operations

Take full ownership of daily operations, proactively identifying and executing tasks that drive team and campaign success without waiting for direction.

Team & Project Management

Lead, mentor, and manage the time and workload of the AdOps team, ensuring efficient delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects.

Platform Expertise

Utilize advanced, hands-on expertise in CM360 to oversee campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting, ensuring best-in-class execution.

Client Consulting & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and C-level executives. Communicate fluently and confidently in spoken English, handling high-level discussions without stress.

Strategic Recommendations

Proactively recommend non-standard products, technologies, and innovative solutions tailored to meet and exceed client business objectives.

Innovation & AI Integration

Champion the adoption of AI and new technologies within the team, continuously seeking ways to optimize daily workflows and improve operational efficiency. Skills and Experience

Proven experience in managing teams, complex digital projects, and time management within a media agency or ad tech environment. Absolute proficiency and hands-on experience in CM360 (a must) and other adservers Fluent spoken English with a track record of stress-free, confident communication with international clients and senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to work with high independence, proactively seeking out tasks and driving initiatives forward.
