Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates across a variety of roles and departments. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while supporting the organization's workforce goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and pre-employment coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles Conduct thorough phone, video or in person screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a timely and organized process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Provide a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance Extend and negotiate offers of employment in collaboration with HR and hiring managers Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent experience considered Experience Minimum 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or agency Experience recruiting across multiple departments and job levels preferred Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process consistency Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, ADA, OFCCP, etc.) Positive, candidate-centered approach with a sense of urgency and professionalism Working Conditions Standard office environment; occasional travel may be required for job fairs or hiring events Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate candidate availability
