COO/ CEO (Institutional/ RWA)

We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions. They are looking for a CEO/ COO with a pedigree in Investment Banking to lead the development of their financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Define the vision for company's financial infrastructure, ensuring it meets the rigorous standards of global institutional players. Oversee the development of secure, scalable financial platforms and infrastructure. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, institutional investors, and Tier-1 financial partners. Use your TradFi background to ensure the platform’s architecture is compliant, robust, and commercially viable. Candidate Profile Extensive background in Investment Banking or institutional financial services. 5+ years of experience in the crypto/digital asset space, specifically focusing on infrastructure or institutional platforms. Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
