Overview This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Global Co-Head of the Investor Solutions Group, providing day-to-day support across investor engagement, relationship management, and strategic initiatives. The position will focus on high-priority coverage areas including the global consultant community, Canadian institutional investors, and a select group of strategic investors. In addition to contributing to capital formation efforts, the role will help deliver best-in-class client service and advance broader departmental initiatives that enhance the investor experience and support platform growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key resource to the Co-Global Head of Investor Solutions, supporting capital raising activities through pipeline management, investor outreach coordination, and relationship tracking. Assist in preparing investor materials and meeting briefings, working closely with Investor Services and Marketing teams to ensure messaging is tailored, timely, and aligned with firm strategy. Conduct research on prospective investors and consultant relationships; develop briefing notes in advance of meetings. Attend and document investor meetings and calls, capturing key takeaways and coordinating timely follow-up communications and materials. Collaborate with Investor Services to support as needed investor inquiries, due diligence requests, and completion of RFPs and DDQs. Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of investor interactions and proactive pipeline management. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that enhance client service delivery and support long-term growth of the platform. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
