This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Data & Insights team, focusing on the creation of high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs. Your work will interface directly with business teams to extract key data insights, allowing you to answer complex questions and translate those insights into visually accessible formats. By engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will contribute to the advancement of data quality and support strategic organizational goals.

Accountabilities Independently builds and maintains KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data related products. Gathers and prepares large, complex datasets from diverse sources. Performs exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover deeper trends and insights. Answers complex business questions with data-driven and actionable recommendations. Designs and delivers sophisticated dashboards and custom reports for diverse audiences. Adapts visualizations to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Leads discussions with business units to deeply understand data needs. Educates stakeholders on advanced analytics techniques and best practices for secure data handling. Represents the Data & Insights team on ePMO projects ensuring timely delivery of assignments. Mentors associate data analysts to ensure data integrity and consistency. Leads automation projects to streamline complex workflows and improve efficiency. Provides insights that shape strategic decisions and drive operational success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is Required. 5+ years of data, analytics, dashboard, report writing, or Business Intelligence programming and development work is Required. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python for advanced analysis is Required. Experience optimizing queries and workflows in centralized data warehouses is Required. Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI is Required. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is preferred.
