We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People Operations team in San Francisco for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on internship where you'll work across the entire HR function — supporting onboarding, employee programs, workplace initiatives and a key HRIS migration initiative. You'll gain broad, real-world exposure to what it takes to build and scale HR operations at a fast-growing technology company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work across the full HR team, supporting onboarding, employee engagement, and people operations Play an active role in an HRIS migration — assisting with data audits, system testing, documentation, and change management support Help maintain HR systems and employee data for accuracy and compliance throughout the transition Assist with new hire onboarding — preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth Day 1 experience Support employee engagement initiatives, internal programs, and team events Assist in drafting HR communications and process documentation Research HR best practices and contribute ideas to improve people programs
WHO YOU ARE
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail — especially important given the HRIS migration work Clear, professional written and verbal communication Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, BambooHR) is a plus Prior coursework or experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations is a plus
