Description

Position Summary As Associate Director, Data Management & Visualization, you will be pivotal in managing the E2E data and visualization process including collection, aggregation, QA, processing and visualization for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Omnicom Media stakeholders. In addition to managing the day-to-day data and visualization needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a high functioning team of managers and/or analysts/sr. analysts.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Setup

Work closely with leadership to lead setup from scratch for new accounts/businesses, including systems, processes, and data flow design. Assume full accountability for delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Data Migrations

Manage and execute large-scale data migration projects and comparable complex assignments.

Consistent Processes

Incorporate consistent processes and best practices across Mediabrands clients.

Campaign Naming Conventions

Define and ensure adoption of consistent campaign naming structures across platforms and reporting environments.

Data Integration

Prepare and integrate outside datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into analytics workflows.

Data Quality & Anomaly Detection

Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity across all deliverables.

Leadership Skills and Stakeholder Management

Engage with senior clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions. Ensure quality work output from onshore/offshore teams

Media Platform Knowledge
