www.netradyne.com Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead and scale our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) operations. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end reverse logistics lifecycle of Netradyne’s IoT and edge devices, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across refurbishment and return processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reverse logistics within electronics or device-based environments and the ability to work closely with EMS partners, 3PL vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
RMA Management
Oversee the end-to-end RMA process, from initial customer request through to receipt, inspection, repair/refurbishment, and closing of the loop.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Regularly review and analyze RMA data to identify failure trends, transit bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Process Documentation
Create, maintain, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the RMA supply chain to ensure a seamless Knowledge Transfer (KT) environment.
Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate with 3PL partners and repair centers to ensure KPIs (Turnaround Time, Quality, and Cost) are consistently met.
Inventory Control
Manage defective and refurbished inventory levels, ensuring systemic accuracy across ERP and WMS platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide feedback on product performance based on RMA data. Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Program management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Reverse Logistics or RMA operations in electronics industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Analytical Mindset
Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable supply chain insights.
Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly for stakeholders.
Problem-Solving
A proactive approach to troubleshooting supply chain disruptions and implementing long-term fixes. Preferred Attributes Experience in the technology or Electronic manufacturing industry.
