What You Will Do

Contribute to strategy projects

Support client engagements on high-stakes questions around AI adoption, data governance, digital transformation, and business model innovation.

Conduct research and analysis

Perform market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven analysis to help build clear and actionable recommendations.

Support end-to-end project delivery

Assist in structuring problems, preparing client workshops, building deliverables, and contributing to implementation roadmaps under the guidance of senior team members. Develop client-ready materials : Help create presentations, reports, and frameworks that communicate complex ideas clearly to business and technical audiences.

Learn and grow continuously

Actively participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to rapidly build your consulting and data/AI expertise.

Contribute to team knowledge

Support the creation of internal content such as thought pieces, benchmarks, and methodologies that strengthen Artefact Belgium's expertise and offerings. What You Bring A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; a strong academic track record is valued. A genuine interest in both business and technology — you enjoy tackling complex problems and want to develop a structured, strategic mindset. Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); curiosity and willingness to learn matters more than deep expertise. Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus. You must be eligible to work in Belgium.
