Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the implementation of the vision, strategy, and goals for influencer marketing. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the influencer marketing team, ensuring their continuous professional growth and development. Innovation & Service Development: Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and relevant. Cross-Departmental Integration: Work in harmony with other department leaders (Strategy, Data, Creative, Media, etc.) to deliver integrated and holistic solutions to client. Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and relevant. Manage budgets, contracts, and influencer negotiations. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree from a relevant field. A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive experience in influencer marketing, either agency or brand-side. Proven experience in team management and leadership. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful and measurable influencer marketing strategies for major brands. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management Excellent senior-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Analytical and strategic thinking ability with skills in solving complex problems. Strong relationships with key players in the industry (influencers, agencies, platforms). Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
