The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports Motorola’s Video Security and Access Control and Mobile Video Sales organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives. Job Description To serve as the Regional Distribution Specialist , acting as the primary focal point for the EMEA "Control Tower." This role coordinates complex fulfillment activities and provides technical and operational expertise in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers. The Specialist ensures that regional Supply Chain goals regarding Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customer Satisfaction are executed with precision.
3PL Oversight
Coordinate and oversee remote DC operations at a 3rd party warehouse in Alsdorf, Germany. Act as the primary technical expert for End-to-End fulfillment activities.
Control Tower Integration
Serve as the central hub across cross-functional teams (Delivery, Order Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, IT, etc.) to optimize distribution processes.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure all operations meet company policy and lead the preparation for Internal/External audits. Other duties as assigned Basic Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Communication
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Language
Fluent English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Polish or German is a strong advantage.
Mobility
Based in Krakow with the flexibility to travel to Germany.
Flexibility
Ability to support a multinational environment, including occasional meetings across different time zones.
Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools ( Oracle or SAP is a significant advantage).
