Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design and implement automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. The role involves building test frameworks, improving CI/CD pipelines, mentoring QA engineers, and collaborating closely with developers and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

​ Test Automation Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. Write automated tests for API, UI, integration, and performance testing. Implement automation using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Test Strategy & Planning Define testing strategies for new features. Ensure high test coverage across applications. Identify test scenarios, edge cases, and failure points. CI/CD Integration Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Enable continuous testing in build pipelines. Automation Tools

Develop automation using tools such as

Selenium Appium Rest Assured TestNG Performance & Reliability Testing Create performance tests using tools like Apache JMeter. Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks. Code Reviews & Best Practices Review test automation code. Promote best practices for maintainable and reliable tests. Collaboration Work with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Mentorship Mentor junior QA and SDET engineers. Guide teams on automation strategy and quality engineering practices. Required Skills Programming Strong coding skills in Java / Python / JavaScript Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Data structures and algorithms basics Automation UI automation frameworks API testing Mobile testing Tools & Technologies Selenium Java/Python Appium Apache JMeter Docker

Preferred Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in automation testing or SDET roles Experience with microservices architecture Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services Experience with performance testing and monitoring(Nice to have).
