Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented TSCM Inspector III to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
The TSCM Inspector employs technical surveillance countermeasures tradecraft to ensure clandestine devices have not been introduced into the secure areas of a facility using a suite of highly sophisticated and classified equipment. Assists with the determination of scope for each TSCM mission in conjunction with current threat information or other special intelligence information. Responsible for assisting with equipment logistics and verifying operational status. Blends field experience with physical science knowledge to recommend new detection equipment to enhance the inspection processes. Carries out security-related matters in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive 702 and other Department of State policies. Makes recommendations to client senior leadership to improve the effectiveness of the TSCM inspections program and assists with the establishment and monitoring of program milestones. Prepares written reports for senior client leadership and interagency partners detailing findings and recommendations from TSCM inspections. Remains proficient in all areas of TSCM inspection and assists with technical, physical, construction, and transit security issues as required. The TSCM Inspector is responsible for working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition, to support inspection, reporting, and inventory requirements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required security clearance/access approvals. Minimum of three years of experience conducting technical surveillance countermeasures. Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college is desired. Interagency Training Center certification required. Superior interpersonal skills required. Specific knowledge of technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) mission collection methods. Certification from the Interagency Training Center’s TSCM Fundamentals Course required. Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community standards and directives, including ICD 705. Substantive knowledge and understanding of regulations governing the use of classified materials. Ability to interact with groups or individuals outside their own organization and/or agency. Working knowledge of radio frequency (RF) countermeasures systems required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Demonstrated experience working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition. Position requires self-motivation and a high level of discretion to work effectively under a minimum level of supervision. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team. Ability to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Travel Requirements
25-50% CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for program coordination.
