They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processing in Yardi Support tenant invoicing and rent collection processes Help manage incoming mail and office administrative tasks Assist with bank deposits and financial record keeping Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems Property Operations Conduct regular property visits and inspections (cleanliness, landscaping, life safety compliance, etc.) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and inspectors Deliver notices, documents, or materials to tenants as needed Assist in maintaining life safety compliance records using Confirmed Life Safety Tenant & Vendor Relations Communicate professionally with tenants to support strong relationships Respond to tenant requests and coordinate resolutions Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers General Support Run errands between office, properties, and service providers Represent the company at occasional networking or industry events Provide flexible support to improve operational efficiency and allow increased field presence by senior staff

Qualifications

Qualifications

0–1 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred or customer service experience in a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field) Strong willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies (experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required) High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality customer service Driver's license required Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base range plus annual bonus of up to 10%
