Contract Recruiter, Supply Chain (Two Month)

Spreetail is seeking a high-energy, self-starting Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Dallas/Hutchins. This is a critical role focused on driving our rapid headcount growth within our DFW Fulfillment Center. How you will achieve success

Execute High-Volume Hiring

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for 50+ roles per month, focusing on supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Manage Open Interview Days

Facilitate and lead on-site hiring events and "Open Interview" blocks to ensure a steady flow of quality talent.

Aggressive Sourcing

Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, and community partnerships to maintain a robust pipeline.

Champion Candidate Experience

Act as the primary face of Spreetail in the DFW market, ensuring every candidate has a professional, efficient, and positive experience.

Speed & Quality

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with a focus on "Quality of Hire" while maintaining the velocity needed to hit aggressive weekly targets.

Experience that will help you in this role

1-2+ years of Recruitment Experience

Proven track record in high-volume, hourly, or supply chain/light industrial recruiting preferred.

On-site Logistics Expertise

Familiarity with the DFW talent market and experience recruiting for fulfillment or distribution centers.

Selection Process Mastery

Hands-on experience managing high-traffic interview schedules and conducting efficient cultural/role-fit screenings.

Operational Excellence

Exceptionally organized and coachable, with the ability to pivot quickly as hiring needs evolve.

Strong Relationship Building

Ability to work closely with on-site hiring managers and candidates to move the needle every single day
