Description
Factor Form is seeking a highly motivated Growth Intern to work directly with the Head of Growth. This role will focus on applying analytical rigor, executing cross-functional projects, and supporting strategic initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Affiliate Admin
Identify potential brand ambassadors, manage outreach pipelines, and track sample shipments.
Content Coordination
Assist in managing the social media calendar and basic community management (responding to comments/DMs).
Growth Support
Help execute email marketing campaigns and SMS blasts via platforms like Klaviyo or Postscript.
Market Research
Keep a pulse on supplement trends, competitor moves, and new "viral" ingredients or marketing hooks.
Operations & Admin
Maintain organized folders for creative assets and update weekly growth tracking spreadsheets. Invoice Management: Track, organize, and execute invoicing across marketing partners
Who You Are
Current Undergraduate
Ideally studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
