The Role We Need
PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale and optimize paid acquisition across both Member Growth (the people living in PadSplits) and Host Growth (the people who own the PadSplits). This role is critical to driving efficient, data-driven growth by managing campaigns across multiple paid channels while continuously improving performance through testing and experimentation. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic setting.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
Campaign Management
Own day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and partner listing campaigns.
Performance Optimization
Continuously optimize campaigns to hit CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets across Member and Host funnels.
Budget Allocation
Manage budgets, bids, and audience segmentation to maximize efficiency and scale.
Creative Testing
Partner with external design resources to test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
Vendor Coordination
Collaborate with external platforms and internal stakeholders to launch and refine campaigns.
Funnel Analysis
Analyze full-funnel performance to identify drop-offs and opportunities for improvement.
Experiment Execution
Design and run A/B tests across targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
Reporting Insights
Build dashboards and deliver clear, actionable performance insights to stakeholders.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Performance Experience
2–4+ years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
Channel Expertise
Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights.
Testing Mindset
Experience running structured experiments and optimizing based on results.
Tool Proficiency
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Rockerbox, or similar tools.
Attention Detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ownership Mentality
Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects end-to-end.
Communication Skills
Ability to clearly present insights and collaborate across teams.
The Interview Process
Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a human being in the PeopleOps department. If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video call with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes. If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Director of Performance Marketing for forty-five (45) minutes. If warranted, the final step would be a video panel interview with additional stakeholders for one-and-a-half (1.5) hours. For this interview, a candidate would participate in a campaign exercise to the panel for discussion. If warranted, then we move to contract!
