Role Summary
Exiger is seeking a Technical Program Director to lead and integrate a high-impact portfolio supporting public sector customers at the intersection of healthcare supply chain resilience, operational continuity, and advanced analytics. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, serving as a senior interface with government stakeholders, and ensuring analytical insights are translated into decision-ready guidance and measurable operational outcomes. Reporting to senior Exiger leadership, this leader will own day-to-day direction of a mission-critical program, delivering a repeatable supply chain risk management framework and operating model that enables proactive risk identification, mitigation, and decision support. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into fieldable capabilities, actionable risk insights, and sustained program impact. This is a high-visibility role for a program leader who is credible with government stakeholders, strong in execution, and comfortable operating at the intersection of analytics, operations, and real-world delivery—where supply chain disruptions directly impact continuity of care and mission outcomes.
What You'll Do
Serve as the program lead accountable for successful execution of complex supply chain risk management programs supporting public sector customers. Act as a primary interface with government stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operational leadership functions. Demonstrate measurable program impact by defining success metrics, tracking outcomes, and communicating value in terms of risk reduction, improved visibility, and operational continuity. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning delivery, data science, analytics, and product to ensure alignment between customer objectives and execution. Translate analytical outputs and platform insights into decision-ready briefings, reports, and recommended courses of action. Oversee program performance across scope, schedule, risk, and resource utilization. Guide development and implementation of supply chain risk mitigation strategies. Partner with AI Solutions Engineers and product teams to ensure platform capabilities are effectively deployed. Establish governance structures, stakeholder engagement cadence, and reporting frameworks. Identify emerging risks, execution challenges, and opportunities for program growth. Mentor and support program and delivery team members.
What You Need
10+ years of experience leading programs in public sector, healthcare, supply chain, logistics, or related environments. Deep technical expertise with a proven track record of leading engineering and software development functions, including SQL, Python, ETL processes, data engineering, full-stack development, and DevSecOps. Experience engaging government stakeholders and operating in structured, multi-stakeholder environments, including delivering executive-level briefings to senior government audiences. Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations. Experience managing cross-functional programs with evolving requirements. Understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, or third-party risk. Experience working with technical teams (data science, engineering, analytics). Strong communication skills and ability to brief stakeholders clearly. Experience working within program management or delivery frameworks. U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance at a minimum.
