Capabilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary architecture/engineering/construction teams, third-party contractors, and other government agencies to advance the customer’s protective mission. Utilize drawings, specifications, photographs, and other information to support projects to assess and improve site and building security. Review and provide comments on deliverables for analysis, design, and construction projects. Coordinate with program managers to develop, maintain, and update the program’s strategy, budgeting, scheduling, and planning documents, as well as documentation of meetings and past activities. Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, third-party contractors, and other government agencies to plan and execute design and construction projects. Coordinate with program managers to develop Scopes of Work (SOWs) and prepare contract packages for future acquisitions. Ability to take ownership of responsibilities, work independently, and develop solutions to problems. Experience with blast effect modeling tools, e.g., VAPO, 3d Blast, Urban Blast Tool, Extreme Loading for Structures (ELS). Strong organizational, communication, project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience with reviewing and understanding construction drawings, construction specifications, and contract documents. Experience working on large construction projects and interfacing with contractors, subcontractors, design team members, and owner's representatives.

Required Technical Skills Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of word processing and integrated software applications.
