Position Overview Wall Street Prep is seeking a Program Director in Corporate Development & M&A to lead the growth and development of our corporate development, business development, and buy-side M&A training practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with in-house corporate development and M&A experience who is passionate about translating real-world deal experience into practical training programs. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum, delivering high-impact training, and partnering with clients to design bespoke learning solutions focused on M&A strategy, execution, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth and strategic direction of WSP’s Corporate Development & M&A training practice
Design and develop curriculum covering
Buy-side (in-house) M&A processes and deal execution Corporate development strategy and pipeline management Business development and strategic partnerships Valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning
Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual) to
Corporate development teams Investment professionals Business leaders and MBA students Partner with WSP client teams to design custom M&A and corporate strategy training programs Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, and Leadership) to support business development and client engagements Mentor and support instructors within the corporate development and M&A practice Core Values

Requirements
Professional Experience
7+ years of experience in
In-house Corporate Development Buy-side M&A / Private Equity / Strategic Finance Strong experience leading or supporting end-to-end M&A transactions, including experience working cross-functionally with business leaders Additional background at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm preferred Subject Matter Expertise
Deep understanding of
