About the Role
The Contracts Manager oversees Reveal's contracting activities across the federal market, ensuring all contractual obligations are executed efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and in alignment with business objectives. This role supports the continued growth and maturity of the contracting function, acts as a strategic partner to internal teams, and serves as a primary liaison with government customers and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include managing GSA Task Order administration, guiding internal contract strategy, and maintaining structured compliance processes across ITAR, cybersecurity, and federal acquisition requirements. While not expected to be a subject matter expert in every compliance domain, the Contracts Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the processes that keep Reveal compliant and contract-ready.

Serve as the central coordinator for all contractual documentation, ensuring contract files are complete, organized, and audit-ready. Facilitate internal coordination between program managers, finance, legal, and technical teams to support timely and compliant contract execution. Interface with government contracting officers and prime partners to resolve contractual issues and clarify terms as needed. Will advise management on Contract Administration function structure as the company grows and accepts new IDIQ orders, Federal contracts, Partnerships, and International contracts/agreements.
- Contract Strategy
Support the development of contract structures and teaming agreements aligned with company strategy and federal acquisition practices. Provide input into pricing strategies, CLIN structures, compliance matrices, and proposal volumes from a contracts perspective. Support Capture and Proposal development by reviewing solicitation documents (RFPs, RFIs, OTAs, SBIRs, etc.) to identify contractual risks, flow-down clauses, and special requirements. Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions by advising on contractual feasibility, risk, and alignment with Reveal’s contracting posture.
- Compliance Coordination
Maintain structured processes to ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations, including ITAR, FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements. Work with technical decision makers to ensure Reveal’s cybersecurity compliance posture, including process creation and tracking status of NIST SP 800-171, CMMC readiness, and cATO-related deliverables. Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure ongoing attention to evolving compliance requirements, even when deep subject-matter expertise resides elsewhere. Ensure contract files include up-to-date compliance documents (NDAs, representations & certifications, flowdowns, etc.).
