Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role designed for a highly organized, creative, and digitally fluent professional seeking to build a career in luxury hospitality marketing. This position supports the execution of integrated marketing strategies across two distinctive lifestyle brands, ensuring alignment with brand standards while driving awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working across hotel operations, food & beverage, spa, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life across digital, social, PR, and on-property touchpoints. Modern hospitality marketing coordinators are expected to be digitally savvy, data-informed, and content-driven, supporting campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and guest-centric storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Coordination Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both properties (Resort brands, F&B outlets, spa and experiences) Work with respective Kimpton Seafire + Hotel Indigo marketing managers to maintain and track the annual marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Work with marketing managers to coordinate requirements from internal departments and external agencies on promotional and communications campaigns Assist in developing campaign briefs aligned with revenue goals and seasonal strategies Content Creation & Brand Storytelling Assist in creating compelling content including social media posts, email campaigns, blog copy, radio copy, and on-property collateral Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots, including developing shot lists, coordinating talent, and capturing behind-the-scenes content aligned with luxury lifestyle branding Ensure brand voice consistency across Kimpton and Hotel Indigo platforms Support short-form video and experiential storytelling initiatives (Reels, TikTok, etc.) Digital Marketing & Platform Management Manage and update hotel content across websites, OTAs, and third-party platforms Assist with email marketing campaigns including content, scheduling, and performance tracking Support paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, OTA placements) through asset coordination Monitor and maintain digital brand standards across all touchpoints Social Media & Online Reputation Assist in daily social media posting, engagement, and community management Monitor guest reviews across platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTA channels) and support response strategy as required Data, Reporting & Insights Assist Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers in monthly marketing reports including campaign performance, social metrics, and web analytics As needed, conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities On-Property Activation & Events Support execution of on-property activations, media visits, influencer stays, and events Coordinate logistics, collateral, and vendor communication Assist with PR initiatives and media outreach coordination Administrative & Cross-Functional Support Ensure timely invoice entry and payment of marketing related invoices with partner vendors Manage marketing asset libraries Assist with presentations, internal communications, and reporting decks Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and F&B teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Hospitality, or related field preferred Internship or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or digital media Core Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong project management abilities Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative), with a demonstrated eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM email) Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data Preferred Skills Experience with short-form video content creation (Instagram, TikTok) Familiarity with CRM/email platforms and marketing automation Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) Exposure to influencer marketing or partnership coordination Understanding of luxury or lifestyle brand positioning Key Competencies
