What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Retention Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a junior-level role focused on supporting the day-to-day execution of our customer loyalty program, direct mail initiatives, and promotional campaigns. You will be the “engine room” for our retention efforts ensuring creative assets move through the pipeline, promotions are live on-site, and our loyalty members are getting the best possible experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ~1 year of marketing experience to learn the ropes of a high-growth DTC brand and contribute to a world-class retention strategy.
How You’ll Do It
Loyalty & Retention Support Loyalty Operations (Rivo): Assist in the day-to-day management of the BRUNT loyalty program within Rivo. This includes setting up rewards, updating communications, and ensuring the program runs smoothly for our members. Direct Mail Coordination: Support the planning and execution of physical mailers, ensuring our “boots on the ground” approach reaches customer’ mailboxes accurately and on time. Lifecycle Support: Help monitor and update automated “flows” to ensure our customer journey remains fresh and effective. Promotional Execution & Site Maintenance Site Updates: Partner with the Digital team to ensure all active promotions (loyalty specific and sitewide) are correctly reflected on the website. Promo Coordination: Help set up and test discount codes and promotional logic in Shopify to ensure a frictionless checkout for our customers. Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering data for promotional recap reports, helping the team understand redemption rates and campaign ROI. Campaign Operations & Workflow Creative Trafficking: Take the lead on the creative brief submission process for select programs you’ll own. You’ll be the bridge between the Retention and Creative teams, ensuring all assets are briefed, tracked, and delivered on schedule. Email & SMS Overflow: Partner with our Email Marketing Associate to support the end-to-end execution of campaigns in Klaviyo and Postscript. You will act as “overflow” support to ensure all scheduled sends are built and deployed on time. Quality Control: Serve as the final set of eyes for all retention assets - checking links, grammar, and formatting before anything reaches the customer.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience: ~1 year of experience in a marketing or e-commerce role (internships count!) Platform Curiosity: You are comfortable (or eager to learn) in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript. Experience with Rivo or other loyalty platforms is a major plus. Organization: You’re a natural project manager. You enjoy keeping lists, hitting deadlines, and making sure no detail is missed. Analytical Basics: You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable looking at basic data to see how a campaign performed. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; you aren’t afraid to follow up with team members to keep a project moving. Adaptability: You’re comfortable jumping into a fast-paced environment and taking direction from different leaders as the team grows and evolves. In accordance with applicable salary transparency laws, we are providing the good-faith salary range for this position. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and budget.

Compensation $58,000 —
$62,000 USD
