As part of our Learning Team, the Learning Specialist drives employee engagement and professional growth through innovative learning initiatives. This role requires a deep passion for building learning, a proven ability to manage complex projects, and a balance of project management with hands-on execution. Reporting to the L&D Programs Manager, this is an individual contributor role within the Global Learning Team, based in Kraków, partnering closely with People Business Partners and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with our People Business Partners and L&D Programs Manager to assess employee learning needs and define resources and processes to support improvement, including developing high-impact learning programs that align with organizational priorities. Facilitate global learning through online platforms (i.e. Google Classroom), in person learning in Krakow and other in-person learning in global locations, as needed. Manage the preparation of effective course materials, utilizing a variety of media to support learning. Manage and update the learning management system (LMS) to maintain a record of training activity, including training sessions, course communication, registration, completion, and measurement of training hours and learning metrics. Co-develop and implement internal marketing strategies for our learning initiatives and overseeing the implementation of social stream campaigns. Conduct follow-up assessments of training programs to evaluate and measure results and make necessary adjustments as needed. Coordinate with SMEs and maintain the development of a library of training content. Regularly update content for changes to existing platforms and/or introduction of new concepts. Own and implement the organization’s global training schedule and facilitate training events. Lead the facilitation of in-person new hire orientation for various locations including all new hires in Krakow. Support the organization’s learning with initiatives across the organization and maintain and share knowledge of industry trends, compliance matters and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills 3 - 5 years of experience in a corporate leadership development, learning & development or organizational development role, preferably within a technology environment. 3-5 years of experience creating, designing, and implementing employee training content. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational learning, leadership development or related field, or equivalent level of proven hands-on learning experience required. 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a facilitator of learning programs. (Certification Preferred) Experience working with DiSC or similar assessment tools is required. (Certification Preferred) Required ability to create content and facilitate learning in fluent English (C1/C2 level) and fluent Polish Proven project management skills. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented with experience handling complex calendar and class schedules, registrations and communications, rosters, evaluations, completion data and event support across multiple timezones. Demonstrated ability in curriculum development, especially those designed to enhance employee’s skills and competencies. Confident leadership presence and effective presentation skills. Skilled in evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing effective training options. Understanding of different learning styles and how to structure training to accommodate all styles. Ability to establish relationships and build trust with learners and key stakeholders. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning content authoring platforms - Litmos experience preferred. Flexible schedule: ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours and adjust availability based on facilitation demands around our global organization. May require travel up to 10% of the time to global office locations, as required, for planned training sessions.
