The job We’re looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Office Manager to lead daily operations in our London office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday . Your Experience What we’re looking for Around 12 months of experience in an office-based, administrative, or customer-facing role (e.g. Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar) Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with basic admin tasks and coordinating with others Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, is a plus Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support different tasks Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment What you’ll be doing
Office Support (Core Focus)
Support the day-to-day running of the London office alongside the Office Manager Welcome visitors and help create a friendly, professional office environment Assist with managing office supplies, deliveries, and basic logistics Help keep the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked Support with setting up desks, equipment, and meeting rooms Assist with shipments and deliveries for team members
Team & Administrative Support
Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks (e.g. preparing equipment, coordinating logistics) Support internal events, team activities, and wellbeing initiatives Assist with maintaining office inventory (e.g. supplies, swag) Provide basic support to IT and People teams when needed Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly #LI-LM12 #LI-Hybrid Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) £27,000 —
