Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Innovation

You will lead the creation of innovative design solutions that set new industry standards, driving the design vision and strategy across multiple product verticals to ensure a cohesive,high-quality user experience throughout our platform.

Align User Experience with Business Goals

Your role will involve harmonising user needs with our business objectives and crafting designs that resonate with our users and support the company's strategic goals.

Mentor the Team

You will foster an environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. Mentoring your team, you will guide them to achieve their full potential and uphold the highest standards of design excellence.

Optimize Design Workflows

You will streamline design processes, making them more efficient and effective. This will ensure that the design team can deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

Leverage Data for Design Decisions

You will utilize user insights and analytics to inform and refine your designs, ensuring they are visually compelling and backed by data to drive results.

Oversee Design Execution

From the initial concept to the final product, you will guide the design team through every stage of the design process, ensuring that the execution aligns with the strategic vision and technical feasibility.

Communicate effectively

You will present ideas and strategies to team members and stakeholders, articulating complexconcepts clearly. Your communication ability will align cross-functional teams and drive the design vision forward.

Foster a Culture of Experimentation

You will encourage the team to explore new ideas and innovative approaches while balancing creativity with practical implementation to maintain high quality and usability standards. Skills and Experience

Collaborative Partner

You have a proven ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers,translating product requirements into functional, user-friendly designs. You excel in design workshops and thrive in collaborative environments.

Systematic Thinker

You are skilled in developing and refining scalable design systems that ensure consistency across all products. You advocate for continuous improvement in design systems, always aiming to enhance usability and developer efficiency.

Accessibility Advocate

You are passionate about embedding accessibility and inclusive design principles into products,ensuring they are usable by the broadest audience possible.

User-Centric Professional

You are the user's voice, consistently prioritizing their needs throughout the product development cycle. You know how to understand and solve user challenges through workshops and user journey mapping Preferred Skills

Experience

7+ years in end-to-end product design, with a robust portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions that have delivered tangible results.

Expertise in UX and Visual Design

Strong proficiency in both UX and visual design, with a demonstrated ability to deliver highquality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Domain Experience

Experience in designing for B2B, enterprise, or platform applications is highly desirable.
