Description

As a Consulting Services Account Manager, you will own and grow consulting services relationships within a portfolio of existing retail customers. You will be responsible for day-to-day account management for consulting services, identifying new opportunities, and driving renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements. We are seeking applicants with strong client management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams to create long‑term customer success.

What you will be doing

Own day-to-day management of assigned retail consulting services accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all services engagements Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and priorities Identify, qualify, and drive consulting services renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements within existing customer accounts Lead services scoping, proposal development, and statement of work (SOW) creation in partnership with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams Contribute directly to consulting services revenue targets while maintaining an accurate services pipeline and forecast Manage client expectations, handle escalations professionally, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and ongoing value realization for retail customers

3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success in client-facing, consulting services, or account management roles Experience with Epicor Eagle or Propello platforms is highly preferred High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Range

Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USD The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
